The Tallahassee Ballet is honored to establish The Marianne Brooks Memorial Fund in loving memory of a woman whose kindness, generosity, and unwavering devotion shaped our community in profound ways. Marianne was more than a dedicated volunteer and former Guild Chair—she was a constant source of vibrancy, encouragement, and support to everyone around her.

As a proud dance mom, she walked every step of the journey alongside her daughter, Elizabeth Brooks—from her early days in the school, through her time in the company. Marianne’s belief in the power of dance, and in the people who bring it to life, was evident in all she did.
