Ballet
Conditioning
Conditioning classes feature the Progressing Ballet Technique™ method. Our innovative classes are designed for beginning, intermediate and advanced students and work to assist dancers in understanding the depth of training in their muscle memory to achieve their personal best in ballet while reducing the risk of injuries. PBT focuses on increasing core stability, strength, flexibility, and overall improved technique. Pilates matwork and resistance training are also incorporated.
Must be at least 10 years old by October 1st. Required Equipment: Fit Ball (size based on dancer's height), Fusion Ball (9"), and Yoga Mat.
