Grab your friends and head to The Winery at Red Bar for WineDown in Midtown, an extraordinary evening of wine and food pairings, live music, dancing, and a silent auction benefiting The Tallahassee Ballet. Enjoy a five-course culinary experience designed by Chef Jeffrey Spencer of Täpäs with complementary wines provided by PRP Wine International, Wine Warehouse, and The Winery at Red Bar.
Proceeds from the evening support outreach programs of The Tallahassee Ballet (TTB). TTB has built an impressive reputation of providing an excellent training ground for young dancers and emerging professionals from the Big Bend region.

2009 Event: On Wednesday, May 13, 2009 more than 80 guests enjoyed the inaugural WineDown in Midtown benefiting the scholarship and outreach programs of The Tallahassee Ballet. Our guests gathered at Fusion Café and Tantra Lounge in midtown Tallahassee to savor five courses of wine and food pairings designed by Chef Roger Unger, Laura Hasti of PRP Wine International and Tricia Ferrell of Wine Warehouse. The menu was sponsored by AP Professional Services, Capital City Bank, Curva and Associates, and Alison Voorhees. Entertainment was provided by Wilson Carlile and BlackWater, courtesy of William F. Butler, CRE/Real Estate InSync and Sogeti.

This fantastic evening also featured a silent auction and live scholarship auction presented by Electronet and Williams Gautier. Four Senior Company dancers - Devon Kelly, Jocelyn Ordiales, Jessica Russell and Cristina Suarez – helped serve guests and shared their experiences as Company members and scholarship recipients. All in all, WineDown in Midtown contributed nearly $8,000 to scholarships for Company dancers and outreach programs for children in our community.
