1. All school wide calendars, district schedules, and classroom plans have been cross-referenced to check for potential scheduling conflicts prior to registering.
2. Cancellations must be made at least 90 days in advance, so other schools have time to make arrangements to attend. (scheduling buses, permission slips, collect money, etc)
