
Fundraising events are important as they provide critical funding for our organization, help us establish partnerships with our local business community, and allow us the opportunity to cultivate new arts patrons, adding to our audience base. The Lisa C. Graganella Nutcracker Golf Classic (Monday, March 7, 2011) is our biggest fundraiser annually and takes place at SouthWood Golf Club. In addition to first, second and third place prizes, the Board of Directors, dancers and local businesses donated door prizes and silent auction items ranging from cruises to jewelry and gift certificates.

Sisterhood of the Costume Closet is a "girls' night out" annual event benefiting the costume fund at The Tallahassee Ballet.
Children's Tea Party (Cinderella's Tea Party, Sunday, April 3, 2011) is designed for families and includes face painting, story telling, and various arts/craft stations. Also included are live performances by The Tallahassee Ballet. The year's event will be held at Southwood and is usually attended by 250 guests.
