Audition for The Tallahassee Ballet Company
The Tallahassee Ballet, a semi-professional non-profit Company, consists of local dancers with professional experience and talented dancers drawn from the area’s universities and dance schools.
We produce The Nutcracker (December) and Dance for Spring (May), as well as numerous smaller performances. Our repertoire includes classical ballets, neoclassical and modern works.
The company consists of:
JUNIOR COMPANY Auditions Tuesday, September 14 at 4:30pm
Must be between 9 and 12 years of age.
No pointe work required.
A snapshot of any kind is required at audition.
APPRENTICE COMPANY Auditions Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at 4:30pm
Must be at least 12 years of age.
Intermediate ballet & pointe work.
A snapshot of any kind is required at audition.
SENIOR COMPANY Auditions Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at 6:00pm
Must be 14 years of age or older and/or advanced in ballet technique & pointe work.
A snapshot of any kind is required at audition.
